Terms: 1. Addressing the applicant to the Chairman, Rangamati Hill District Council, as per the “Sample Table” with full name and signature, attached the required documents as described in the filled table application form next 27/09/2023 AD. Rangamati Hill District Council, Rangamati office during office hours should be reached directly/by post. Acceptance of any application sent directly or by post after the prescribed date and time will not be done 2. Sample copy of application form and admit card can be downloaded from Rangamati Hill District Council website www.rhdc.gov.bd. 3. The following documents must be attached with the application form attested by a gazetted officer of the 1st class (should bear the seal of the attesting officer's name): a) 03 (three) copies of passport size color photographs taken recently. 03 copies of photograph 01 (one) copy with application and 02 (two) copies with admit card should be pasted with glue/gum. b) All original/temporary certificates of educational qualification and certificates of training issued by the Board/University; c) Citizenship certificate issued by Union Parishad Chairman/Municipal Mayor; d) Certificate of Permanent Resident issued by the District Commissioner or Circle Chief in support of permanent resident of Rangamati Hill District; e) National Identity Card; f) Experience Certificate (if any); g) If the son/daughter of a freedom fighter/martyr is the son/daughter of a son/daughter of a freedom fighter/martyr, the application should be accompanied by the certificate of the freedom fighter/martyr (to be signed and countersigned by the competent authority as per government instructions). Candidate's relationship certificate with heroic freedom fighters issued by the Municipal Mayor/Union Parishad Chairman, countersigned by the concerned Upazila Nirbahi Officer; h) Certificate issued by Competent Authority of Candidates Orphanage Residents, Physically Handicapped / Members of Ansar and Village Defense Forces etc. (j) Any documents sent along with the application form will not be returned. j) Examination fee along with application form Rs.400/- (four hundred) in case of serial No. 1 to 5 candidates and Rs.300/- (three hundred) in case of serial No. 6 to 8 candidates (non-refundable) Chairman, Rangamati Hill District Parishad, Rangamati It should be deposited in the current account No.-5419240000472 of Sonali Bank, New Court Building Branch and the original copy of the deposit slip should be attached. 4. The application of the employed candidates along with the necessary documents should reach through the appropriate authority within the prescribed date and time. No advance copy of application form will be accepted. 5. Incomplete and defective applications will be treated as outright rejection. The decision of the appointing authority regarding acceptance or rejection of the application shall be final. No objection will be accepted in this regard. 6. If any false information is provided in the application form and the documents submitted are found to be false/false, the authorities may take necessary legal action against the concerned applicant including canceling the application/recruitment at any stage of the recruitment process. 7. After screening the applications received, only eligible candidates will be allowed to participate in the written/oral test at the discretion of the authorities. 8. Place, date and time of written test through admit card and oral test will be informed through notice board and website of Rangamati Hill District Parishad www.rhdc.gov.bd. Original copies of all the certificates/documents attached with the application form must be produced at the time of appearing in the oral examination. No TA/DA will be provided for appearing in Written/Oral/Practical Examination. 9. Due to the publication of this recruitment notice, the authorities are not obliged to take the test of the applicants or to appoint the applied posts. 10. Prevailing government regulations regarding quota, rules/policies applicable to hilly areas etc. will be followed. 11. The decision of the recruitment committee in accepting and rejecting the applications of the candidates will be considered final. Further, the appointing authority reserves full power to suspend/cancel/withdraw/reduce/increase the number of vacancies displayed in the recruitment notification without assigning any reason. do 12. The applicant should clearly write the name of the post applied for in red ink on the top of the envelope of the application form and the full name and address of the applicant should be written on the left side of the envelope. Besides, if any quota (Muktijoddha/ Orphanage resident/ Ansar-VDP/ Handicapped etc.) is claimed, it should be mentioned on the upper right side of the envelope. 13. Any kind of lobbying and recommendation in recruitment will be considered as disqualification of the candidate.
