1. Conditions for filling the application form:

Candidates willing to participate in the examination can fill the application form on this website

http://kgdcl.teletalk.com.bd or from KGDCL's Web Address http://www.kgdcl.gov.bd. Previously

published recruitment circular. (Source No. : 28.15.0000.208.08,003,22-1318 Date : 29.12.2022)

who have applied, need not reapply in the said re-employment circular.

Date and time of start and end of online application form filling and examination fee submission:

(i) Online filling of application form and submission of examination fee Commencement date and time : 03.09.2023 at 10:00 am.

(ii) Last date and time for submission of application form online is 17.09.2023 at 05:00

PM. Candidates who have received User ID within the said period can submit the exam fee through SMS within 72

hours from the time of submission of application form online.

In the online application form, the candidate will scan his color photograph (length 300 × width 300 pixels) and signature (length 300 ×

width 80 pixels) and upload it to the designated place. Photo size should be maximum 100KB and signature size should be maximum 60KB.

c. As the information filled in the online application form will be used in all the subsequent activities, the candidate will be

100% sure about the correctness of all the information filled before submitting the application form online.

The candidate shall keep a print copy of the online filled application form as an aid for any examination related need

and submit one copy during the oral examination.

Rules of sending SMS and payment of examination fee: After completing the application form by filling the

application form online properly and uploading the photo and signature according to the instructions, the application

preview with the photo can be seen on the computer. Candidates who have submitted the application form

correctly will get an Applicant's Copy with a User ID, Photo and Signature. Candidates should print or download

the Applicant's Copy and save it. A User ID number will be provided on the Applicant's copy and using the User ID

number the candidate can send 02 (two) SMS through any Teletalk Pre-paid Mobile number in the following manner

regarding the examination fee for the posts mentioned in order 1 to 11 of the above list (12th grade). 300/- (Three

Hundred) and Rs.200/- (Two Hundred) (Non-Refundable) within 72 (Seventy Two) hours for the posts mentioned in

Rank 12 to 17 (14th Grade). It should be noted that even if all parts of the application form are submitted online, the

online application form will not be accepted until the examination fee is submitted. www.prebd.com

First SMS: Write KGDCL <space>User ID and send to 16222.

Second SMS: KGDCL <space> YES <space> Enter PIN and send to 16222.

Receipt of admit card will be intimated in due course on http://kgdcl.teletalk.com.bd or KGDCL

Website: http://kgdcl.gov.bd and through SMS on candidate's mobile phone (only eligible candidates). All communication

related to the examination will be done on the mobile phone provided by the candidate in the online application form, so it is

recommended to keep the number active at all times, read the SMS and follow the instructions received immediately.

After using the User ID and Password sent in the SMS, candidates will download and print (color) the

admit card containing the information such as roll number, post name, photo, exam date, time and venue name etc.

Candidates must produce this admit card at the time of appearing in the written test and at the time of oral test if passed.

Candidates can recover their User ID and Password by following the SMS method described below only

from Teletalk Pre-paid Mobile Phone.

3. Minimum age of candidate should be 18 years as on 03,01,2023. Ministry of Public Administration letter No-05,00,0000.

The date of birth recorded in the SSC/equivalent examination pass certificate issued by the recognized Board of Education shall be treated

as the actual date of birth for proving the age of the candidates. In case of "O" level and "A" level degree candidates

should submit documentary proof containing date of birth and in case of 8th class pass candidates the date of birth

written in 8th class pass certificate along with NID card for proof of age will be considered as actual date of birth. age related

in Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Institutions are prescribed with the permission of the appropriate authority.
